Calm For Life is a full-day relaxation retreat at Broughton Sanctuary, created to help you slow down completely and experience a full nervous system reset through sound, nature, a nourishing plant-based lunch prepared by the chefs at Broughton Sanctuary’s Utopia, your own daily wellness journal and high-end spa facilities.
Your place includes two immersive Life Is Sound sound baths, guided journalling, your own daily wellness journal to use throughout the day, a nourishing plant-based lunch prepared by the chefs at Broughton Sanctuary’s Utopia, time in nature, quiet integration and access to the spa facilities including the pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and outdoor sauna.

6. No Refunds
Due to the nature of our offerings - including downloadable meditations and limited-run physical items - all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Please ensure you are ready to purchase before completing your order.
All retreat bookings are non-refundable due to the limited number of spaces available and the planning, venue, catering and preparation involved. However, retreat bookings may be transferred to another person. If you are unable to attend and would like someone else to take your place, please email us in advance at [email protected] with the new attendee’s full name and email address.
